RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

1) Cancellations
To cancel an order, please make your request by 3pm PST on the day you placed it to void the transaction entirely. If you cancel after this period, your credit card will be refunded for the item(s) purchased. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement. For more details, please contact your bank regarding their refund processing policies.

 

2) Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in unused condition within 30 days of receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will credit your credit card for the purchase amount, excluding shipping charges.

If you requested an exchange, your new items will be shipped once the returned items are received and inspected.

Please allow 7-10 business days for credit card refunds to reflect on your account.

 

3) "Undeliverable" Orders
If an order is returned by our courier as “undeliverable” due to refusal of delivery or incorrect address information, please contact our customer service for resolution via email at hello@yldones.com.

An "incorrect address" includes but is not limited to missing suite, apartment, or building numbers, incorrect street, city, or state names, or any other missing or incorrect information that causes the order to be undeliverable.

 

4) Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as those in our sale section, are final sale. Promotions, vouchers, or codes cannot be combined with sale or sample sale events. Please allow up to five business days for sale items to be shipped. Sale prices apply only to select styles and colors and are valid only while supplies last.
