SHIPPING POLICIES

The following shipping policies apply to all purchases made on our website. The risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you when the fulfillment center delivers them to a common carrier. For returned items, YLDONES retains title until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.

1) Shipping within the U.S.

Orders for shipments within the U.S. will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude certain holidays. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for USPS Ground shipments.

Shipping charges are processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. Free shipping eligibility is determined before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied. Purchases of gift certificates do not count towards the free shipping offer.

As a California corporation, YLDONES is required to collect local and county sales tax for all orders shipped within California. Additional county tax is charged to orders shipped to addresses in Burbank, California.

2) Shipping Outside the U.S.

We currently DO NOT ship outside of the U.S. We plan to keep it that way for the time being and will advise if we decide otherwise.

3) Tracking

You can track shipments sent by carriers by visiting their websites and entering the tracking number sent in the email confirming your order's shipment.
